Catholic education for your child(ren):
Step Up for Students Scholarship
This scholarship is available to all income-eligible students who are entering grades K-12, no matter where they attended school the previous year. Step Up for Students, an income-based Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program, is an innovative program that provides K-12 education scholarships for qualifying low-income students. The scholarship gives low-income parents the opportunity to choose the K-12 school that best meets their children's needs. For the 2019-20 school year, Step Up will be awarding scholarships worth approximately $6,519 for private school tuition. Gardiner Scholarship (PLSA program)
Known as the special needs scholarship, this scholarship is available to students ages 3 - 22 with the following diagnoses: Autism spectrum disorder, Muscular dystrophy, Cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, Phelan McDermid syndrome, Prader-Willi syndrome, Spina bifida, Williams syndrome, Intellectual Disability (severe cognitive impairment), rare diseases as defined by the National Organization for Rare Disorders, anaphylaxis, deaf, visually impaired, dual sensory impaired, traumatic brain injured, hospital; or homebound as defined by the rules of the State Board of Education or three, four or five year-olds who are deemed “high risk” due to developmental delays. McKay Scholarship
The John M. McKay Scholarship Program is a school choice program that allows students with learning differences or disabilities (who have received Individualized Educational Plans (IEP’s) through the public school system), to attend a private school as an option. Family Empowerment Scholarship (FES)
The Family Empowerment Scholarship (FES) Program is one of Florida’s greatest victories for low-income and working-class families, and it is the first of its kind to extend support to middle-income families. This scholarship is available to all income-eligible students who are entering grades K-12, who attended public school the previous school year.

AAA Scholarship Foundation
The AAA Scholarship Foundation’s mission is to provide economic and other assistance to economically-disadvantaged families and families of children with disabilities to enable them to select the best schools for their children. For further information, please visit www.aaascholarships.org.
Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Parish Tuition Assistance Program
If you are a registered parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes Church and need tuition assistance and your child is in grades K-8, (and you are not eligible for any of the above assistance programs), you may apply online at FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment at www.factstuitionaid.com.
**However, you must complete the school’s Tuition Agreement Form and pay the registration fee before you are considered for a scholarship. The deadline to apply for Parish assistance is May 1, 2020.
